Video/Audio Production & Conferencing Studios

Woodruff Library offers a variety of studios for video and audio production, practicing and recording presentations, and online conferencing and streaming.

• Music & Audio Recording Studio:high-end recording of podcasts, voiceovers, vocals, and musical instruments
• Podcast Studio: high-end recording of podcasts for groups up to 4 and remote guests
• Streaming & Recording Studio: high-end video conferencing, streaming, and video recording
• Student Production Studio:high-end video and photo production, video podcasting, and simplified audio recording

Technology Services & Spaces

Academic Technology Services provides the following technology tools, spaces, and support for all students:

• Software: find titles to download, use in campus labs, or purchase
• EaglePrint:campus-wide self-service printing/copying/scanning
• Audio/Video Production Studios: spaces for creating high-end audio and/or video recordings
• MediaLab:audio/video post-production computer lab
• TechLab: campus makerspace with 3D printers/scanners, laser cutter, sewing machines, and more
• Student Technology Support: tech support for student-owned devices

Several libraries and centers run regular workshops specifically for students:

• ECDS: data cleaning, visualization, and analysis using R, ArcGIS, Tableau, and other tools
• Emory Libraries: research skills and media, digital, and data literacy (learn more about information literacy for students)
• MediaLab: video, photo, and audio post production apps (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign)
• TechLab: maker tools and skills (e.g., 3D modeling, coding, sewing, bookbinding, crocheting, and more)
